    Is there any way I can have this split up into 10 different tracks rather than one long track? I suppose I could do it myself but I was just curious if it is out there somewhere… Thanks!

      At this current time we are only releasing the mix-tape as a whole, although their are a few tracks already broken up La Roux part and “Drive it like you stole it”

    Love this mix….. I can never listen to “Fortune Days” without hearing “let the king talk-pay attention,” or “In for the Kill” without hearing “Bad Wings.” That is not a bad thing.

    I understand that it’s been a really long time and, no doubt, you’ve moved on to your newer stuff, but let me please reiterate the public’s desire for separated tracks. I sympathize with what is, probably, your artistic vision and prerogative but, as a person who rarely has the time to sit down for 30 minutes and just listen to music, I would really appreciate the work you would have to put in to release this in an altered format. In short, I love the whole mixtape but sometimes I just wanna go to one part and enjoy it without feeling like I’m opening a book with no chapters randomly and beginning to read. I don’t think it does justice to your work.

    I just spent a while looking around on the nets for someone who had done it themselves and who would let me download it. I would really, really rather PAY you guys for such a thing… and I’m sure it would sound way better coming from you. Please please please and thank you for your great music.

      Hi Daniel, thanks for your support, and we appreciate your passion for this mix! As you probably know, the tracks in their original from are available individually on our album Drink The Sea. As for these mixtape versions, for now they are only going to be available on this mix – except for Drive It Like You Stole It (Mixtape Edition) which you can get here: http://www.theglitchmob.com/music/2011/01/drive-it-like-you-stole-it-mixtape-version/

      Maybe one day we can put out a full set of mixtape versions, along with other cutting room floor footage from the album, like the instrumental for Between Two Points and other cool stuff. We wouldn’t and couldn’t charge for it though, as we don’t have rights to use any of these vocals.

      For now the guys are locked down hard at work on the new album, so you’ll have to settle for that… :)

    I have a question. Would you be okay with me breaking this up in to the separate songs and putting it up for download? Or should I keep it to myself?

      I wonder the same the thing. I’m unaware of how to do that, but if you were to post that for download would it be legal for me take of advantage of that? Good luck and thanks if you do take the time to separate the songs.

      People have been asking for it, so it would be unfair to say no! Go for it. But we’d love it if everyone still downloaded the original mix, so that you’re signed up to our mailing list and we can send you new music in the future :)
